Mr. M.K.Singh is one of the founding partners of  Dynergic International  and a senior Program & Project Management Professional with over 23 years of rich experience, 12 years of which have been in the Middle East and U.S.A. He is an expert in Project Management & Control for Oil & Gas, Process, Petrochemical, Upstream/ Downstream , Pipeline, Power plant and related systems. His experience includes managing and directing engineering and construction efforts, controlling project costs and schedules with effective integrated solutions, and successfully implementing practical and innovative project controls processes.

Mr. Manoj has proven record of excellence for management consulting, construction management, and construction companies. He holds the distinction of executing numerous projects of large magnitude within strict time schedule & stringent cost measures. His work experiences encompass project types such as petrochemical, oil refinery, power, industrial, commercial projects ranging in size from $400 Million to $1 Billion.

This diverse expertise has been obtained through involvement on numerous prestigious Projects  for Country and Overseas including World’s first Oil enhancement through Gas lifts in World biggest Oil field U.A.E , India's first and world’s Longest Heated and Insulated Pipeline project.  India’s first Onshore Oil Development Field in Rajasthan ,Country’s first Super Critical Power Plant and India’s Second Largest Grassroots Oil Refinery . He worked in Companies like MPPL Subsidiary of LONG INTERNATIONAL U.S.A, Mott MacDonald, ADCO,Cairn Energy, GMR, Adani, Alstom, Essar and Tata. He has held the positions of Executive Director – Planning , HOD - Project Control , Project Controls Manager , Project Controls Analyst and Senior Project Control Specialist .

He is B.E. in Civil Engineering with First Class & Certified PMP® Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, Pennsylvania, U.S.A , CIPM from Certification body of (IPMA) International Project Management Association Amsterdam, Netherlands and Lead Member of Team Awarded Best “TIME Management through Primavera Implementation” Award in India in 2006. He is Visiting Faculty of Project Management and related Software in Premier Institute & Organization in India, U.A.E and received reward & certification for Imparting Training in Project Planning & Primavera at AIIM from Former Director IIM Ahmedabad , received FIDIC Certification for International Contracts . He was selected and received certification for Strategic Planning & Leadership from DMS- IIT Delhi and is certified , Program and Portfolio Management Professional from IIM Bangalore
